Frequently Asked Questions

We do not have a set lead time. Lead times vary frequently.

• Yes, all buildings are leak proof at the roof.
• All buildings above 30 feet long must be upgraded to the vertical roof option to avoid any leaks.
• Base is not sealed to the concrete slab and therefore we suggest the slab be poured to be the exact size of the frame and interior anchors can be added for an additional cost. If the interior anchors aren't added your slab will have to be at least 2" wider all around than the size of the frame, with this option leak from underneath is possible. 

• Not always, however, certain cities/counties do require that all installations be done on concrete. You can always verify with your building department for the requirements in your area.
• Please note that all buildings taller than 14' and wider than 30' must be installed on a concrete slab. 

• All buildings installed on ground/asphalt must have mobile home anchors added to it. (Mobile home anchors have an additional cost)

• We do not offer any in house financing or payment plans. We do however outsource our  financing. You may call our office to obtain further information. 

• Sheathing is 29-gauge standard, however, we do offer the 26-gauge upgrade.

• The 14-gauge frame is used as a standard unless the customer would like to upgrade to our 12-gauge frame.

• 1 year workmanship on all certified units
• 5 year warranty on certified units. (Does not cover roof leaks, covers the snow load and wind load on the building).
• 20 Year on the sheet metal (Vertical Roof Only) Rust through assuming normal care.
• 20 Year for 12-gauge units (rust through)

The answer is always no. We strongly urge that if you are already working with one of the dealers we partner with that you complete the process with them.

More than likely you will need a permit. It is always best that you contact your building/planning department to obtain information in regard to the following:

• Zoning, Fence Distance, Height restrictions, wind and snow load codes, etc. 
   

• We service at least 90% of the state of CA and border cities to NV.  
• We have occasionally serviced the State of Oregon, Arizona and Washington and will do so but will be determined on a case by case basis.

• We manufacturer any size ranging from 10 feet wide up to 60 feet wide
• Any Length you may need
• Up to 20' feet tall for the eave height
