Building Warranties Provided by Central Valley

• Standard (Uncertified) Units: These units are built according to CVSS’ specifications and industry standards. Uncertified units are not eligible for snow load or wind ratings. All uncertified units come with a 30-day limited warranty which includes manufacturers and/or installation defects.
• Standard 14-Gauge Units: These units are constructed with 2½” pre-galvanized square tubing that does not carry rust through the framing warranty. The 30-day manufacturer's limited warranty does apply.
• Standard 12-Gauge Units: These units are constructed with a 2¼” pre-galvanized square tubing which provides higher tensile strength and thickness of material. These units come with an additional 10-year warranty on rust through the framing assuming normal user care and maintenance. The 30-day manufacturer's limited warranty does apply.
• Certified Units: These units are available in twelve and fourteen gauges and are backed by an engineer-approved blueprint that is available to the customer for purchase at an additional cost. These structures are wind and snow rated for compliance with local code and state regulations. These units are covered by a 5-year limited warranty in accordance with the customer’s engineered blueprints.
• In the event the customer alters the steel structure in any manner whatsoever, including any interior and/or exterior modifications, all warranties shall be immediately void.
• If the customer chooses to run electrical or plumbing to the steel structure, all such work must be performed by a licensed, insured and bonded contractor or all warranties shall be immediately void.
